Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

BLEEK currently ships within Australia.

International shipping may become available in the future.

Orders are shipped using trusted Australian shipping providers such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle
  • or other selected courier services

Shipping providers may vary depending on the order size, location, and delivery requirements.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.

BLEEK is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information:

  • additional shipping charges may apply before resending.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or stalled in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the investigation process.

However, BLEEK is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier-related issues outside of our control.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery,
  • include your order number,
  • and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.


Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe location if requested or permitted by the shipping carrier.

BLEEK is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
