At BLEEK, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to keep things straightforward and fair.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, BLEEK does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Tested products
  • Change of mind purchases

This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • faulty,
  • leaking,
  • or incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund,
    depending on the situation.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

BLEEK products are made using carefully selected ingredients, however individual reactions can occur.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient lists and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

BLEEK is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs:

  • stop use immediately,
  • and seek medical advice if necessary.

Refunds are generally not provided for personal reactions to ingredients unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to:

  • a replacement,
  • repair,
  • or refund,
    as required by law.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

BLEEK is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays,
  • lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses,
  • or delays outside of our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

BLEEK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply before resending.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
